2500 Scholarships for the Students with Disabilities through NHFDC
As you are aware that National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC) is implementing scheme of scholarship for Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India for the students with disabilities. Under the scheme, 2500 new scholarships are provided every year for pursuing higher/ professional/ technical courses. Dr Lotika Sarkar well known and eminent teacher and lawyer had made an Endowment Fund with National Trust for the benefit of people with disabilities. This is in three categories as given below:

Procedure for considering request for Conference / Workshop
National Trust has prepared the following procedure for sanction/support of request for organizing Conference/Workshop:
  • National Trust will consider sanction of 3 proposals for Conference / Workshop in a Quarter based on its merit
  • Priority will be given to cover issues related to National Trust disabilities
