National Depository of Legal Guardianship Certificates (NDLGC) is operational. All LLCs are expected to use on-line module available on MIS for processing of applications for appoitnment of LG.

NGOs who had applied for registration/ renewal of registration but did not submit/ complete documents etc. and the matter kept pending for long despite repeated reminders, are hereby informed that such cases are periodically reviewed and closed/rejected for registration/renewal. Printing of E-Card under Niramaya Scheme started
Provision of printing E-card by NGO / beneficiary, in place of physical Health ID Card has been started through National Trust website by using Application ID No. All beneficiaries are requested to kindly contact the concerned NGO for Application ID No. and printing of E-Card. In case there is no photograph in the E-card Please contact the concerned NGO / National Trust. Please keep this E-Card as a proof of your insurance under Niramaya Scheme.(Only for coverage date 02-04-2012) Click here to print E-card

Registration Guidelines

All NGOs, whose registration is going to expire in next 3/6 months, are hereby informed that:

 ·         If the registration is expiring in next 3 months, please apply online alongwith Form “E” duly signed and stamped on both pages.

·        If the registration is expiring in next 6 months, apply in hard copy and later on fill online form in MIS when 1 to 2 months time is left.

·         Application received within one month prior to expiry of term will be considered as late submission.

 If the NGO fails to do so following action will be initiated:

 ·         If registration is renewed at all, the certificate will bear a black spot remark.

·         In case of rejection of application of registration the NGO can apply afresh only after lapse of 6 months period.
